Serves: 1 jar

Prep time: 5 minutes

Ingredients

• ½ cup rolled oats

• ½ cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)

• ½ cup plain Greek yogurt (2% or full-fat for creaminess)

• ¼ cup cottage cheese (blended smooth)

• ½ cup fresh strawberries

• 1 tbsp chia seeds

• 1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

• ½ tsp vanilla extract

Topping

• Extra Greek yogurt

• Chopped fresh strawberries

Instructions

1. Blend the strawberries with the milk until smooth.

2. In a jar or bowl, mix oats, strawberry milk, Greek yogurt, blended cottage cheese, chia seeds, vanilla, and sweetener.

3. Stir well, cover, and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.

4. Before servingconsider layering Greek yogurt and fresh strawberries on top.
