My latest obsession: 3 Ingredient snack

These take less than five minutes to make and only require 3 ingredients. They’re my new go-to snack.

Ingredients:

• Oil (I used avocado)

• Mixed nuts

• Seasoning blend (I used Dash southwest chipotle)

Instructions:

1. In a container with a lid, add nuts. I used a serving size.

2. Sprinkle with a tiny amount of oil. I used about 1-2 tsp. You can always add more later if needed.

3. Add a generous amount of seasoning blend. Cover with lid, shake well, and enjoy! Add more oil and seasoning if needed.
