Spicy Jam with Goat Cheese and Ham Sliders

If you love sweet and spicy foods - or you love goat cheese - you are going to love this!! They’re so simple to make and great for impressing other people. I also love making these on sourdough :)

Ingredients:

• Hawaiian rolls

• Ham (of any kind)

• Goat cheese, plain

• Swiss cheese slices

• Raspberry jalapeño jam

• Butter

• Garlic

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F & grease an oven safe pan

2. Split the rolls in half, removing the top. Place the bottoms in the pan. Layer ham, goat cheese, Swiss cheese, and jam. Put the tops back on.

3. Cover the rolls with melted butter and garlic. Cook for 5-10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Rotate if needed.

4. Enjoy warm!
