Spicy Cucumber Fries

The cucumber saga continues…. How many more cucumbers can I eat??? These cucumber fries require very few ingredients and are a healthy cucumber snack! The texture will still have the crispy crunch of a raw cucumber but be dehydrated a little bit.

Ingredients:

• Cucumber

• Oil (I used an olive oil spray)

• Seasonings of choice (I used Dash Southwest Chipotle spice blend)

• Dipping sauce (optional)

Directions:

1. Cut a whole cucumber in half, then cut small fry-shaped strips.

2. Coat in a very thin layer of oil and then generously season both sides of the cucumber fries.

3. Air fry or bake at 360°F for 12-15 minutes. Enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce!
