- if you feel your mind wonder while meditation ITS OKAY just acknowledge the thought and recenter yourself (it’s okay if it happens multiple times, that’s what helps build mindfulness)

4. WHAT TO DO IF YOU GET FRUSTRATED AND WANT TO QUIT

- what you’ll need:
- a few minutes and clear instructions
- where to go:
- your room, office, a private moment alone: anywhere that is fairly quite and with minimal distractions
- how to get started:
- devote 3 to 5 minutes at roughly the same time every day. Make sure you are in a comfortable position. Focus on your breath, but don’t try to clear your mind completely. If your mind wanders , acknowledge the thought then center on your breath.
