Almond Flour (Gluten Free) Biscuits
🌟 1 large egg
🌟 Salt - 1/4 tspn
🌟 Sour Cream- 1/4 cup
🌟 Almond Flour - 1 cup
🌟 Baking Powder - 2 tspns
Preheat oven to 350°.
You can also add cheeses & other spices!
I make the dough by sifting the almond flour through a fine strainer first. This prevents any clumping. In a mixing bowl, place all the ingredients (I add the liquid ingredients first & then add the dry ingredients.) You dont want to mix too much because it could make the biscuits flat, you want some bubbles.
Place 6 scoops onto a baking sheet & place in the oven for about 15 minutes. DONE!

Almond flour biscuits are not only gluten-free but also offer a healthy alternative to traditional biscuits made with wheat flour. Almond flour is rich in nutrients, including vitamin E, magnesium, and healthy fats, making it a great choice for those following a gluten-free lifestyle or anyone looking to add more nutrition to their diet. To enhance your almond flour biscuits, consider adding in flavors like cheese, garlic, or herbs for an extra kick. These additions can transform a simple recipe into a gourmet treat! Additionally, make sure to store your almond flour in a cool, dry place to maintain its freshness and prevent any clumping. When baking, monitoring your oven temperature is crucial; an oven that's too hot can lead to overly browned biscuits, while one that's too cool may result in undercooked centers. Always use a reliable oven thermometer to ensure accuracy. These biscuits pair well with various toppings such as butter, honey, or your favorite jam, making them an excellent choice for breakfast or a snack. Try serving them alongside soups or salads for a satisfying meal. With so many possibilities, these almond flour biscuits can easily become a staple in your household!
