Cajun Garlic Butter Halibut

- Pat dry the halibut after cleaning

- drizzle some olive oil and then season with Cajun, black pepper, and garlic powder

- sear on each side for 3 minutes or until golden

- take out halibut and sautée garlic and red onions

- add halibut back in

- baste halibut with compound butter (garlic herb butter)

Done ✨

Takes about 30 minutes to cook and super tasty. I paired it with zucchini and jasmine rice.

Halibut is higher in protein content than some fish. 19g of protein per 3 oz!
