stuffed shrimp shells 🍴

quick, easy, and VERY tasty at home meal!

recipe:

🍝one box of jumbo pasta shells (two if serving over 5 people)

💧boil pasta until al dente for about 10-12 minutes let pasta cool

🍤dice shrimp & season (cajun seasoning, italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, adobo, & old bay seasoning)

🫑finely chop medium yellow or red onion, green, yellow, & red bell peppers & minced garlic combine the diced shrimp & vegetables, cook on medium heat for about 3 mins remove from pan

🧈in the same pan, add in 1 tbsp of butter, 1 & 1/2 cup of heavy cream, 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, and 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese.

(you can use the same seasonings that were used for the diced shrimp)

🫙add the sauce to the bottom of the pan & stuff the shells with the shrimp mixture

🧀pour sauce on the top & sprinkle with parmesan & mozzarella cheese.

⏲️cover the pasta & bake on 370 degrees for

20-25 minutes

uncover & broil for 3 minutes

🍽️top with parsley, & cheese to your liking

and you're done!☺️
