For instance, chicken tacos paired with crunchy cabbage offer a low-calorie, satisfying meal packed with fiber and lean protein that helps keep hunger at bay. One of my personal favorites are turkey meatballs served with an assortment of steamed veggies, which not only provides balanced nutrition but also adds different textures and colors to the plate. Don't shy away from experimenting with spices and herbs—adding Italian dressing to a garden salad or trying jerk BBQ chicken with air frying techniques can elevate your meals without extra calories. The use of healthier cooking methods like air frying ensures that dishes like chicken tenders or BBQ chicken are crispy without the added fat. Homemade dressings like ranch made with yogurt or avocado oil offer a creamy touch that’s wholesome and delicious.
