✨ Bakery Style Chocolate Chip Muffin Recipe ✨
I woke up this morning with my kids begging me to make their favorite muffins, so as the best mom in the world I got in the kitchen and got to work! These are my bakery style chocolate chip muffin recipe!
Ingredients:
•3 cups all-purpose flour
•3 teaspoons baking powder
•1/2 teaspoon baking soda
•1/2 teaspoon salt
•1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
•1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
•1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted & slightly cooled
•1/3 cup vegetable oil
•1 cup granulated sugar
•2 large eggs, room temperature
•1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt, room temperature
•1 cup milk, room temperature
•1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
•1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
•coarse sugar for topping
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 350. Like your muffin tin with large bakery style muffin cups.
- Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
- In a mixing bowl combine butter, oil, sugar, eggs, Greek yogurt, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Add in your dry ingredients and combine. As your mixing add in the milk. Do not mix the mixture all the way.
-When the mixture is 80% combined add in your chocolate chips and fold them until the batter is just combined.
-Scoop mixture into the tins until they are 2/3rd the way full. Top with some raw sugar and bake in the preheated oven for 25 mins or until they are golden brown and the toothpick is clean when entered into the muffin.
