Pizza Weight loss HACKS!! I lost 88lbs!

Letting the weight melt off while my belly is HAPPY HAPPY!! We’re human. We crave things! Achieving an 88 pound weightloss meant being realistic and finding ways to eat things I loved without being miserable! Here I’m sharing one of the staples in home! These are one of the many recipes I have in my wellness guide where I share all my hacks, stories and knowledge on the drastic weightloss journey. My husband LOVES THIS AS A SNACK and he doesn’t diet 😂

You’ll need an air fryer, but you can use an oven if you don’t have one!

Low carb mission tortilla wraps!

RAOS vodka sauce

Oregano or Italian seasoning

Mozzarella cheese or whatever makes you happy!

Whatever toppings make you happy!

There is a science to it! Pay attention!! 😀

First you have to put the wrap in the air fryer or the oven to get it to crisp a little. If you just laid it up with sauce and topping it’ll just be a nasty soggy mess.

Once the wrap gets a crisp to your liking, add a spoon full of the RAOS vodka sauce! Trust me!! Spread it around. If you like more then add more! Sprinkle some Italian seasoning or oregano!

Put the wrap back in the oven for 1-2 min until the sauce roast a little! Then take it back out and add topping first then cheese on top! Let the cheese roast and melt! And enjoy!!!!!
