How I stay fit in my 30s ☀️🏋️

Staying fit in my 30s isn’t about perfection—it’s about consistency. I aim for 10k steps a day, lift weights at least 3x a week, and hop on the Peloton a few times to keep my heart happy. Hydration is key, and so is fueling with high-protein, home-cooked meals (bye processed stuff!). Fitness also means fun—racketball, bike rides, rollerblading with my favorite people keep me moving and smiling. It’s a lifestyle, not a phase.
