Loaded chili for fat loss 🙃

One of my favorite meals that holds up great in the fridge. I use lean grown beef, black and red bean, bone broth, whatever toppings we enjoy and instead of sour cream I do Greek yogurt!

Losing weight wasn’t hard when i didn’t feel like I was dieting.
