How long does it take? I get asked this all the time…

YEARS.

If someone or something is promising a “quick fix” it’s just a scam. This is a entire life change which takes time and building new healthy habits. I’m not saying you can see changes start to happen instantly but the body you see on that influencer has probably a lot longer than you thought.
