Stop snacking if you have serious fitness goals..

I know you don’t wanna hear this but if you have serious fitness goals..you can’t be snacking all the time.

Everyone’s always asking..

“What’s your favorite snack?”

“What are some high protein snacks?”

But I’m not eating snacks to reach my goals. I’m having good quality meals with a protein, a carb, and a fat.

I’m not adding a ton of random foods between meals and constantly trying to come up with low calorie snack ideas.

If you get hungry between your meals. Try breaking up what you normally eat into smaller meals so that you can eat more often.

Sometimes I’ll take my carb from one of my meals and have it separately as a “snack.”

The reason you can’t stop snacking is because you’re used to it..

Once you start eating good quality meals that sustain you..you usually won’t feel the need to throw a bunch of junk in between.

Reserve the snacking for once in a while..(movies, nights out, etc)
