I make sure to remind my clients to stand straight up after the setup to maintain proper posture and maximize glute workout. Another tip from my routine is to use a box or bench height that feels comfortable but challenges your range of motion. Consistency is key—practicing this hack every session has helped me and those I coach achieve better results with less strain.
