GYM TIPS THAT HELPED ME TRANSFORM MY BODY

These are two gym tips that changed the game for my results going from the pancake community to a wagon club;)

#1 : TRAINING WITH INTENTION.

It’s easy to be overwhelmed in the gym and just get the workout done but there’s a difference between just working out and TRAINING. This is so important. But just SLOW down your movements and actually focus on what you’re supposed to be targeting instead of just going through the motions.

#2 : DO 4-5 EXERCISES INSTEAD OF 7-8.

If you’re doing 7-8 exercises odds are intensity isnt there. So instead of spending 2+ hours in the gym on all those exercises scale back and choose 4-5 GOOD ones (start with your compound movements like a squat variation, deadlift variation or a lunge) and push yourself more on those sets and you shouldn’t need more.

Learning how to push yourself more towards failure is so important! You’re capable of more than you think.

I hope this helped! What do you want to see next 👀

... Read moreAchieving noticeable changes in your physique requires more than just sweating it out at the gym. One key aspect of effective training is to train with intention. Instead of moving through your workout mindlessly, take time to slow down your movements and concentrate on engaging the correct muscles. Incorporating tempo adjustments, like a controlled count during exercises such as squats or deadlifts, can lead to significant improvements in your muscle response and strength outcomes. Additionally, consider the number of exercises you perform in one session. Opting for 4-5 high-quality exercises, particularly focusing on compound movements—such as squats and lunges—allows you to train with greater intensity. Many fitness enthusiasts make the mistake of overloading their routines with too many exercises, leading to diminished returns in strength and endurance. Instead, prioritizing a select few can magnify the impact of your workout. Aim to push closer to failure during your sets to maximize gains, as this technique challenges your muscles and encourages growth. Embrace these strategies to refine your gym experience and witness genuine transformation!

Remember first thing first is eating right. You can push very hard in the gym but if your nutrition is off you won’t see the progress you want. Cardio 3-5x a week is also very helpful for increasing the rate of fat loss. Prioritize rest as well. #transformationfitness #Fitness #motivation
