Tips to avoid/reduce bloating!

Bloating is annoying and no one wants that!

So i’m going to share 3 things that will help with bloating..

#1 : Go for a walk after your meals.

This will help you digest your meals and feel less heavy afterwards.

#2 : Eat more Whole Foods/high protein meals.

The less processed foods the better! Eat more clean whole foods and a high protein diet to help with digestion.

#3 : Stay hydrated.

This one is huge. Drink enough water and stay hydrated and also avoid high sugar drinks in coffee, soda etc!
