15 MINUTE HIIT WORKOUT ON THE STAIRMASTER

I’ve added back in my sprints and this one is on the stairmaster! This is what my sprint workout consisted 👇🏼

Start on level 5 for 5 minutes to warmup and start sweating.

Next manually adjust the speed on your stairmaster to level 20 (or something thats safe if you’ve never done this before but still very challenging) for 30-60 seconds.

Rest for 60-90 seconds and repeat these intervals for 10 minutes total. And thats it!

This will have you SWEATING and burning fat so beware!
