Can cardio be killing your progress?

It depends on what your goal is..

If your goal is to build muscle and burn fat than yes.

My workouts used to consist of prioritizing cardio first then strength training.

Now I prioritize Strength training, this is because my goal is to build muscle and burn fat.

If your goal is endurance then prioritize your cardio first. Cardio comes AFTER my lifts now and I aim to get 10k steps a day.

With this change I’ve been able to lose my stomach fat and get more toned!
