I used to be sooo insecure about my arms and how flabby they were. I just wanted toned, strong arms which I achieved through the years of training so I wanted to show what a typical workout looks like for me for upper body day to achieve just that!

Workout details:

-Single arm Cable curl 3x12

-Cable Bicep curls 3x12

-Machine Back rows 3x12

-Rope face pulls 3x12

-Lat pulldowns 3x12
