Growing an avocado tree at home can be a rewarding experience, especially after watching your plant thrive over weeks. After starting with the seed wrapped in a damp paper towel for germination, my avocado plant developed roots over two weeks in water before transitioning to a semi-hydroponic setup using LECA balls.
