ingredients:
2 chicken breast
1/2 bag of egg noodles
3 carrots, diced
3 celery, diced
1/3 yellow onion, diced
2-3 garlic cloves
1 bottle of chicken broth, family size
6-8 C of water
3 bay leaves
2 tbsp butter
lemon (I didnt have any so i substituted it for lemon pepper)
rosemary (i didnt have any but it definitely gives it a good flavor)
seasonings:
chicken bouillon
salt
pepper
lemon pepper
dill
adobo seasoning
paprika
garlic powder
thyme
Directions
1. Season your chicken with your seasonings. In a big pot, on med-high heat, add your oil. Once hot, sear your chicken on both sides. (about 3 mins e/s) remove.
2. Add your butter, then carrots & onion.
Cook for about 2-3 mins before adding your celery & garlic. Sautee for 2 more minutes.
3. Pour in your chicken broth & your water.
Add in your chicken bouillon, thyme, lemon (or lemon pepper), twigs of rosemary, bay leaves, dill, & your chicken. Cook on low for about 30 mins
4. Take out your chicken & cut it into small pieces. Add in your egg noddles. Boil on med for 7-8 mins. Add your chicken.
5. Serve & enjoy
