Hot honey tenders
1. Marinate the tenders overnight with your seasonings & buttermilk: Salt, Pepper, Cayenne, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Chili powder, Smoked Paprika, dave’s hot sauce & buttermilk.
2. To coat the chicken, in the flour add cornstarch & the same seasoning as above. Heat up your oil to 350
3. For the hot honey add 1/4 cup honey, garlic, 1/4 C hot sauce, & smoked paprika, simmer for a couple mins
4. Fry your chicken for about 5-6 mins and once done add it on a rack
5. Toss in your hot honey sauce and enjoy
