Sometimes, I experiment with a pinch of smoked paprika for a subtle smoky flavor or add a splash of soy sauce for umami. Although eggs are optional, I like to include them occasionally because they add a nice binding texture and extra protein, making the broil more filling especially when served as a main dish. For a vegan version, simply omit the eggs or replace them with a flaxseed or chia seed egg substitute. This dish is flexible and suits many dietary preferences since it is naturally meatless, and you can adjust the seasoning to your taste.
