ถ้าใครเสิร์ชหา “AESphere Clinic” แล้วอยากรู้ว่าคลินิกอยู่ที่ไหน เดินทางยังไง และบรรยากาศเป็นแบบไหน เราขอสรุปจากประสบการณ์ที่ไปมาจริงให้แบบอ่านจบแล้วไปได้เลยค่ะ อย่างแรกที่ชอบคือโลเคชัน—AESphere Clinic อยู่ที่ตึก Park Silom ชั้น L ทำให้เดินทางสะดวกมาก ๆ โดยเฉพาะคนที่ใช้รถไฟฟ้า จาก BTS ศาลาแดง (ทางออก 2) สามารถเดินเชื่อมเข้าตัวอาคารได้เลย ไม่ต้องออกไปเดินตากแดดนาน ๆ ส่วนคนที่มาจาก MRT สีลมก็เดินต่อไม่ไกล จุดสังเกตคือพอเข้าตึกแล้วให้มองหาทางขึ้นไปชั้น L จะมีป้ายบอกทางค่อนข้างชัด ถ้าไม่แน่ใจสามารถถามพี่ ๆ รปภ. หรือประชาสัมพันธ์ตึกได้ พอถึงคลินิก จะได้ฟีล “คลินิกฟีลคาเฟ่” ตามที่หลายคนรีวิวจริง ๆ โทนร้านอบอุ่น ถ่ายรูปได้หลายมุม เคาน์เตอร์ต้อนรับดูเป็นกันเอง และมีโซนเครื่องดื่มให้บริการด้วย (เราแอบชอบตรงนี้เพราะช่วยให้ไม่ตื่นเต้นก่อนทำหัตถการ) ภายในโดยรวมสะอาด มีกลิ่นหอมอ่อน ๆ และเปิดเพลงเบา ๆ ทำให้บรรยากาศผ่อนคลาย ไม่กดดันเหมือนบางที่ สิ่งที่รู้สึกดีคือขั้นตอนการต้อนรับและการให้ข้อมูล พนักงานค่อนข้างมืออาชีพ พูดจาละเอียด ช่วยเช็กคิว/นัดหมายให้เรียบร้อย และที่สำคัญคือไม่ได้เร่งให้ตัดสินใจหรือพูดเชียร์ขายเกินจำเป็น ถ้าใครเป็นสายชอบถามรายละเอียดก่อนทำ จะรู้สึกสบายใจมากขึ้น ฝั่งคุณหมอจะให้คำปรึกษาค่อนข้างตรงไปตรงมา อธิบายตามสภาพผิวจริงว่าอะไรเหมาะ อะไรควรทำก่อน–หลัง และมีการบอกข้อควรระวังแบบเข้าใจง่าย เราว่าจุดนี้ทำให้การเลือกหัตถการ “เข้ากับเรา” มากกว่าเลือกตามกระแส ทิปเล็ก ๆ ก่อนมา: ถ้ามาช่วงหลังเลิกงานหรือเสาร์–อาทิตย์ แนะนำจองนัดหมายล่วงหน้าทาง Line เพื่อเลือกเวลาที่สะดวก และเผื่อเวลาเดินในตึกนิดหน่อยครั้งแรกจะได้ไม่รีบค่ะ
