Last week was 40 years since we lost johnny olson, I know a lot of long time fans know olson, but for the younger fans who don't know him, he did a lot of game shows in the past and on radio, but he is best known as the announcer on television longest running game show #thepriceisright he was announcer from 1972 until his death in 1985, before succeeded by the late rod Roddy until his passing in 2003, his come on down catch phrase will last forever #ripjohnnyolson .
