God of Pain is the 2nd book in the Legacy of Gods series, while each book is considered stand-alone, i love that we get to see the stories of all the characters in this series. This story line was so good. I love Annika and Creighton together! They way there stories collide together is so good and so sad at the same time, ill-fated love.
