God of War is the 6th book in the Legacy of Gods series. The chokehold this book had me in from the second I started reading is insane. The story of Eli King and Ava King (Nash) was never a story that I thought I would enjoy as much as I did. This was definitely my favorite book out of the entire series and I can’t believe that was the end of it all. Rina Kent definitely saved the best story for last! This book takes you on an emotional rollercoaster right from the start. Definitely a great read and 10/10 recommend!! #godofwar #rinaofficial #legacyofgods #forcedproximity #marriageofconvenience
Reading God of War truly felt like experiencing an emotional whirlwind. The dynamic between Eli King and Ava King (Nash) is a testament to how complex and compelling relationships can be when layered with tension, history, and reluctant love. The forced proximity and marriage of convenience themes gave the story a unique edge, merging conflict with inevitable intimacy that kept me deeply invested. What stood out to me was the author’s ability to weave emotional depth with page-turning suspense. Rina Kent’s portrayal of characters who struggle with hatred yet must confront their intertwined fates added authenticity I don’t often find in romance novels. This book challenges us to consider how love can evolve from conflict and forced closeness, making it a powerful narrative about healing and redemption. Moreover, as the sixth book in the Legacy of Gods series, God of War wraps up long-running storylines while delivering fresh drama, making it satisfying for longtime readers. It also explores themes of trust, forgiveness, and personal growth, all set against a backdrop of New York’s bustling environment. For anyone who enjoys intense emotional rollercoasters and rich character development, this book is a must-read. If you appreciated previous books in the series or enjoy forced proximity romances with complex characters, God of War will exceed your expectations. It’s more than just a romance; it’s about the transformative power of love in even the most challenging circumstances.
