I answer a lot of DMs every single day.
And so many of them come from the same place: confusion.
Not because you’re doing something wrong — but because there is so much color analysis content out there right now. Some of it is helpful.
And some of it… exists purely to spark debate, reactions, and controversy.
The louder the claim, the more it spreads.
And suddenly people are questioning everything they thought they understood. 🤌🏻
So let’s install a filter — together.
Here’s one of the biggest myths I constantly have to clarify:
✨ Color analysis does not end with your palette.
It starts there.
That’s why I don’t say:
“I style myself based on color analysis.”
I say:
“I style myself with the best colors that suit me.”
Color analysis is the process of identifying your most harmonious palette.
What you do next — how you wear it, express it, mix it, elevate it — that’s styling.
You can:
• build confidence
• choose makeup that actually works for you
• create a wardrobe that feels intentional
• express your personality in a hundred different ways
All within the same palette.
The palette doesn’t limit you.
It supports you.
If you have questions — real ones, not clickbait ones — I’d love to answer them here, in post form. Because knowing what’s true versus what’s just a myth changes everything.
Color analysis is the foundation.
Styling is the art. 🤍
