"Do nothing" time prepares the brain
Today's Book 📘
How to Use One Minute to Organize Your Head and Mind by Yasuchika Kawano
Every day I'm chased by what I have to do and do ToDo.
However, I was surprised when I came across this book.
"Time to do nothing" is necessary for both the brain and the mind.
Spacing out with dogs in the park, drinking coffee while looking at the sky - -
Such time is actually for "future self."
Make a list so you don't forget what you want to do,
Focus carefully on what you need to do now.
Be conscious of single tasking instead of multitasking.
When you want to improve efficiency, "rest."
This is a book that taught me to change my mind.
✅ I'm going to try the execution list
☑ ︎ Create "time to do nothing" even for 1 minute a day
☑ ︎ Consciously enjoy the time to space out in the park with dogs
☑ ︎ Secure time to drink coffee while looking up at the sky
☑ ︎ Write down what you want to do in a list and leave it in your notebook
☑ ︎ Set small goals and try to execute them every day
☑ ︎ Concentrate on one task Keep in mind "single task"
☑ ︎ Errands and ideas that come to mind during work are written in a memo and put off
☑ ︎ Prepare an environment that reduces brain fatigue without putting unnecessary things in sight
☑ ︎ Be conscious of doing each action carefully
☑ ︎ Try to take "time to stop" on the day when you are busy doing things
