My heart will be prepared by living without choosing✨
📘 book I read today is "How to prepare autonomic nerves to eliminate malfunctions of adult girls" (Hiroyuki Kobayashi).
I will share my awareness from Part 4 of "Holiday / WEEKEND" among them.
* Live fulfilling the "now" (concentrate on the "now")
* Spend the night slowly (smartphone, away from work)
* Spend time in the same rhythm as usual (Let's fix the wake-up / bedtime on weekends!)
* Once a month to create a "to-do list" (goal is likely to become clear and leave in photos and notebook!)
* Autonomic nerves are prepared by organizing and decluttering (I want to throw away)
* Reduce the number of choices (I want to simplify and eliminate lost time)
💡 the work you have to choose.
This word left a strong impression on me.
It seems that people are a series of choices, whether it's in their head or not.
This makes your brain tired.
Personally, I'm going to try the following.
☑ Simplify Your Morning Clothes
☑ ︎ Stop buying in bulk and switch to a three-day plan
☑ ︎ Make a "to-do list" before going to bed = eliminate morning hesitation
☑ ︎ Reduce the amount of books → I want to work on this month 📚
Do you ever feel "choice fatigue" on the weekend?
