🌿 Zesty Herb Grilled Turkey Tenderloin
Ingredients:
• 1 lb turkey tenderloin (or lean steak)
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp onion powder
• 1 tsp smoked paprika
• 1 tsp dried rosemary
• Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Whisk olive oil, lemon juice, and seasonings in a small bowl.
2. Coat tenderloin and marinate for at least 30 minutes (longer = more flavor!).
3. Grill over medium-high heat for 5–6 minutes per side or until internal temp reaches 165°F.
4. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
5. Serve with roasted veggies, cauliflower rice, or a fresh arugula salad!
