When are you most motivated?

Good morning friends! Happy Saturday 😊

Are you someone who likes to slow down and relax on the weekends or do you like to get up and get moving? I think I’m a little bit of both. Sometimes rest is needed, but I also know there are days you have to push yourself a little even when you don’t necessarily feel like it.

This morning started with a long walk with the dog, some stretching, core exercises, and now a little training. Later I’m hoping to pick up some new sunglasses and maybe even do a little couch shopping 😂

I’ve learned that when I start my day with movement and purpose, I feel better mentally and physically. I’m definitely most motivated in the mornings. What about you? Morning, afternoon, or evening?

Even simple acts like shopping for something enjoyable or planning leisure activities after exercising can enhance motivation by rewarding effort. Ultimately, dedicating time to what brings joy and peace—whether it’s exercise, a hobby, or spending time outdoors—can transform your weekends into rejuvenating experiences. Every small step you take gets you closer to your main goal, reinforcing a positive cycle of motivation and well-being.
