Is this part of the Reset?
Moving your body doesn't always have to mean what we usually think of as an "exercise regimen"! Going outside to play ball with the dog, picking up a few sticks in the yard, turning the garbage can upright after a windy day tipped it over... it's all body movement and that's what it's important.
Burpees are NOT my thing, y'all. If that is the sort of exercise your wellness plan requires, count me out.
A strict eating plan that is not realistic for a lifetime is not going to work for me, either. Been there, done that. It worked in the short term, but no way could I eat like that forever. It wouldn't have been healthy or realistically doable.
That's why I'm LOVING this Reset! I choose my eating plan based on what I know I can stick to and I decide what my 30 minutes of body movement is going to look like each day. No more unrealistic plans where I fall short, become frustrated, and quit.
I set myself up for success by choosing to continue focusing on eating whole, unprocessed foods, reducing sugar and avoiding seed oils. I set my eating hours to between 10am and 6pm and (mostly) stick to that. And guess what! It's WORKING for me! 💪🏼

In today's fast-paced world, finding a wellness routine that suits your lifestyle can be challenging. Many individuals struggle with conventional exercise regimens and restrictive diets that aren't sustainable in the long run. The concept of body movement extends beyond formal workouts; it can include activities that integrate seamlessly into your daily life, like playing with your pet or gardening. Intermittent fasting has gained popularity for its potential benefits for weight management and metabolic health by allowing your body to rest from constant digestion. Aligning your eating schedule while focusing on whole, unprocessed foods can enhance overall well-being without feeling deprived. Reducing added sugars and removing unhealthy seed oils can significantly impact health, leading to more energy and clarity. Moreover, the emphasis on enjoying the outdoors underscores the importance of fresh air and sunlight. Engaging in any movement, whether it's walking, gardening, or playing outdoors, contributes to physical health and boosts mental well-being. Mindfulness in choosing what you consume and how much you move is key to establishing a sustainable lifestyle. By adopting these practices, you can create a personalized routine that feels less like a chore and more like a lifestyle, ultimately leading to long-term success in health and wellness.
