I’ve lost 21 pounds !

I’ve decided to change my diet entirely by cutting out all sugar, meat (with some exceptions/occasions) & processed/fast food ESP. Not only did I lose 21 pounds but my skin has improved significantly & I no longer suffer from fibroids…Living with hormonal acne isn’t fun & sometimes can be tough when your nobody is craving foods that aren’t beneficial to our body( Those are the parasites living inside our body). I also discovered that FASTING/DETOXING IS NEEDED & HIGHLY NECESSARY ! We’ve been brainwashed to believe that IN ORDER TO survive our bodies need 3 meals a day. That’s a lie produced by propaganda$$$. (Hint at the rise of heart disease, cancer, high blood pressure & diabetes) which always results back to big pharma ! OUR BODIES CAN HEAL ITSELF FROM ANY DIS-EASE! I’ve witnessed it for myself! Our body needs lots of alkaline water, fruits/vegetables, all the right nutrients/herds! When our body is fasting, our body is healing! Do your research ! You can survive off of one meal a day. Our bodies were not made to live off of man made foods and drinks. Your body is your temple! We shall treat it as such! & that’s BIBLE! After losing my daughter, I’ve decided to no longer participate in ways of today’s society. Venturing off on finding ways to maintain a healthy lifestyle and that’s pleasing to God. I’d highly recommend looking into Dr.Sebi & Dr. Barba O’niell for starters. 💙 it takes a lot of discipline of course but it’s not impossible! Love yall. ❤️
