Sometimes the best reset is right in your own backyard. This little state park is one of my favorite escapes—an easy trail that winds through the trees, perfect for light walks and clearing your head.

The highlight is the abandoned spring house, now covered in moss and tucked away like a glimpse from the past. A little further down, the sound of rushing water leads you to a waterfall and fishing spot, where everything slows down.

It’s not a long hike or a big trip—but it’s exactly the kind of cozy outing that feels refreshing. 🍃💦
