⭐️I was able to increase my cardio time

⭐️I added additional workouts to my current

⭐️I can hold a full plank 😱

🖤I definitely already see a difference in the way my Clothes feel. I also cut out sugar and I have cut down on carbs (my biggest fear right now is losing my thighs and butt). So with the diet and exercise I’ve noticed changes in my skin and swelling in my face is down a lot.

❗️I added yoga to my plan starting yesterday to hopefully help with soreness. Today was my arm day and they hurt so much! Any tips to help with muscle soreness ❓

I successfully increased my cardio time and added more workouts to my program, which has been challenging yet rewarding. The journey to fitness is not just physical; it’s mental and emotional too. Cutting out sugar and minimizing carbs has indeed made a notable difference in how my clothes fit and how I feel overall. Interestingly, I've noticed improvements in my skin, and the swelling in my face has decreased. Incorporating yoga into my regimen has also been a game-changer, potentially aiding with muscle soreness after intense arm workouts. Speaking of soreness, sharing tips to alleviate it can be beneficial for many. Proper hydration, protein intake post-workout, and considering gentle stretching or foam rolling can all contribute to recovery. Building strength while maintaining the shape I desire in my thighs and butt is still a work in progress, but I’m embracing this journey and the ups and downs that come with it. Together, let’s empower each other to reach our fitness goals!
