Things I’m Bringing into my 30’s🌸🦋✨🫶

Entering a new decade hits a little different when you realize life isn't a race to be won, but a practice to be lived. ✨

For a long time, I thought entering my 30s meant having absolutely everything perfectly figured out. Instead, it’s teaching me how to let go of the pressure, slow down, and actually appreciate the space I’m in right now.

Less forcing, more flowing. Less proving, more being. 🧘🏼‍♀️🐚

If you’re in your 30s (or getting close!), what is one thing you’re actively choosing to leave behind, and what are you bringing with you? Let’s talk in the comments 👇🏼

#30s #lifelessons

... Read moreEntering your 30s often feels like a major milestone that comes bundled with expectations—society tells us we should have it all figured out by now. But what I’ve personally learned is that this decade is less about perfection and more about embracing the journey with kindness towards ourselves. For me, confidence over comparison has been a game changer. Instead of measuring my progress against others, I focus on trusting that I can handle whatever challenges come my way. This mindset frees up so much energy and reduces anxiety. Movement is another shift I’ve embraced. Rather than viewing exercise solely as a way to change my body, I now honor my body’s capabilities and move to celebrate its strength and health. Whether it’s a gentle yoga session at the beach or a leisurely walk to enjoy a sunrise, moving with gratitude has transformed how I connect with myself. Setting boundaries without guilt has been essential. Protecting my time and energy means saying no when needed and recognizing that prioritizing peace isn’t selfish. This change has improved my relationships and overall well-being tremendously. Lastly, cultivating more presence—being fully engaged in simple moments like sipping coffee outside or sharing dinner with loved ones—has reminded me that life’s beauty is often found in slowing down. This approach aligns perfectly with the lesson that life isn’t a race but a practice to be lived mindfully. To anyone entering their 30s or approaching them, I encourage you to identify what you want to leave behind and what you want to carry forward that nurtures your authentic self and happiness.

How I Turned my Bedroom into a Safe Space 💛
Your bedroom should feel like your safe space - the place you can fully unwind after a long day. For a while, mine didn’t feel that way at all. It was where I slept, but not where I actually rested. It felt cluttered and unfinished, and I never felt fully relaxed in it. So I started slowly chang
