Additional Tips: It is recommended to drink water afterwards to gently flush out any toxins that were released during the session.

On our visit to Cape Cod, we enjoyed the most relaxing session in a private salt cave. We were the only two people in the facility which made our visit to Oceanair even more relaxing and enjoyable (it was a rainy day and also off-season at the Cape). I highly recommend visiting during off-season, which is generally September through early June, if you are looking for something to do that offers relaxation, fewer crowds, cooler temperatures and cozy vibes!
