Healing my gut was something I knew I had to do once I started to get acne. I had always eaten very healthy, but there was something wrong if I had a face full of acne. I started to look at my diet and add in simple things that could really help my digestive system. The two main things i added more of are fresh fruit, and fermented sourdough bread.
