what I eat in a day as a preschool teacher

I am a mom of 3 and I teach sweet toddlers 4 days a week, so I have to pack my lunch! It doesn’t have to be an intricate meal to get the nutrients and proteins you need in!

Breakfast: I of course needed a little caffeine to kick start my day, but make sure you’re drinking your glass of water before consuming your coffee!!

Lunch: I had some Celery, fresh ground peanut butter, turkey pepperonis, baked jalapeño chips, and some lemon pepper tuna!

Dinner: 0 Carb mini tortillas, fat free refried beans, taco seasoned chicken

If you have a local reasors, I recommend their self peanut grinding machine for fresh ground peanut butter! It’s so reasonably priced! I pay $3.60 for a tub every other week! Peanut butter is an AMAZING source of protein 🤪

... Read moreAs a preschool teacher, finding quick and healthy meals is essential for maintaining energy throughout the day. Start your morning right with a blend of hydration and caffeine—make sure to drink a glass of water before your first cup of coffee to start your day energized. For lunch, consider packing a variety of nutrient-dense foods that are easy to prepare. Items like fresh celery with ground peanut butter provide a satisfying crunch, while the addition of turkey pepperonis and baked jalapeño chips adds a delightful twist. Don’t forget a protein-packed option like lemon pepper tuna for a flavorful boost! When it comes to dinner, opt for low-carb options that are both filling and delicious. Try using mini tortillas filled with fat-free refried beans and seasoned chicken for a healthy take on tacos. Investing in tools like a peanut grinding machine can provide fresh ingredients at a reasonable price, enhancing the nutritional value of your meals without breaking the bank. Peanut butter is an excellent source of protein, making it a perfect addition to lunchboxes and snacks. By planning ahead and packing nutritious meals, you can ensure that your busy lifestyle as a mom and teacher doesn’t compromise your health.
