The Evolution of The Tiny Home Design
Part 2: This whole thing literally started with a piece of graph paper while my husband and I sat in our living room dreaming about creating a place that we could leave life’s craziness behind. We have been lucky enough to travel to some incredible places, and we wanted that feeling but maybe a little closer to home. About 8 years ago we bought a camper and it has truly been our haven, but we didn’t get to use it as much as we would have liked because it was so difficult (and expensive) to find a site ever single weekend. This really all began as finding some land to keep the camper on so we could go whenever we wanted and then the dream grew from there! The camper is still an integral part of our property and the deck between the camper and the tiny house ties it all together and makes it feel like a big old outdoor living room. We wanted space for family and friends to come and stay and it all evolved from there! Taking something from a terrible sketch to an actual thing is wild! I can’t wait to share more ♥️
