Gym Fit Inspo!
Can you tell my favorite colors are green and brown? I was able to workout 4 times this week and these are the outfits that I wore.
1. I went to hot yoga and do not recommend wearing light bottoms. I swear I had to blow dry my pants to rid of the sweat marks! I love pairing white with green and wearing sports bras for sweaty classes. These pieces are super comfortable and breathable, but not the best for hiding sweat marks.
2. I went to the gym for a bit of upper body and core work. I love love love alphalete for gym clothing. I especially love this top as it has a tiny v-neck to not wrap tightly around your neck. The shorts are nvgtn which do wonders for keeping your curves and your waist snatched!
3. I went to the gym for a lower body workout. Full fit of nvgtn and I love the colors. I got a small but may need to size up because I’m outgrowing my shirt and shorts either by muscle mass or by eating good, haha. Either way, I really love nvgtn and wish it wouldn’t sell out so quickly.
4. I was super bloated and wore a darc sport pump cover and oneractive green shorts. I love oneractive, their fabric is incredibly breathable which is amazing for shorts. I don’t really like the darc sport tops or tops with a close collar like that as I don’t really like things encroaching my neck. This darc sport top is 100% cotton so great fabric but it keeps you WARM!
I’ve been heavily thinking about collagen and the viral collagen powder all over tik tok and writing evidence about the product and its claims as well as other dupes. What are your thoughts??
