Weight loss Chicken recipe!

It’s extremely easy and honestly budget friendly depending which ingredients you buy!!

Ingredients:

Chicken breast (1 per serving, I use 5)

Salsa of your choice (I use 3 standard sized jars)

~optional:~

Onions

Jalepenos

Garlic

Cilantro

Carb smart tortillas

How to:

Set your crockpot to low

Add all of your ingredients

Cover and wait 8-10 hours!!

THATS IT!

I like the add a lot of seasoning to mine. I used paprika, cayanne, red pepper flakes, Everglades chicken seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, adobo, and chili onion crunch. Mine comes out very spicy so keep that in mind.

the salsa does end up coming out very thin so I suggest using a spoon that can let the juice fall before adding it to your tortilla (or tongs which is what I use)

You can also add cheese and onions and cilantro to your taco once you plate it for extra flavor!

( or you can even serve this chicken by itself in a bowl for a low carb meal and it will still taste amazing!!!)

I let it fully cool to room temperature and then store half in the fridge and half in the freezer for meal prep!

Overall rating: 50/10!!!!!
