My Top Tips for CAVA-Inspired Meal Prep Success: Batch Cook Your Proteins: This is a game-changer! On a Sunday, I'll roast a big batch of chicken, cook up my spicy lamb meatballs (just like the ones in my avocado bowl!), or grill some skirt steak. Having these ready means half the work is done for the week. The OCR also mentioned preparation steps for the lamb meatballs and vinaigrettes, so I always make sure those are ready to go in separate containers. Prep Your Veggies: Chop all your cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, and pickled red onions. Roast or grill some mushrooms or bell peppers. Having ready-to-grab veggies makes assembling bowls a breeze. I love having fresh beet salad components ready too! Whip Up Your Dressings & Dips: Homemade dressings like the hot harissa vinaigrette or a Greek vinaigrette (made with dried oregano, lemon juice, and olive oil, as mentioned in the OCR) are key to that CAVA flavor.
