Matcha Smoothie recipe:
Ingredients (1 serving):
• 1 ripe banana (fresh or frozen)
• 1 tsp matcha powder
• ½ cup milk (dairy or non-dairy: oat, almond, coconut, etc.)
• ½ cup ice (optional, for extra chill)
• 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
Instructions:
1. Add banana, matcha, oat milk, and ice to a blender.
2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
