👍Pros: Takes away the hassle of having to paint your nails. Hardens and keeps natural nails safe under the strips. Last much longer than the normal nail stickers plus plenty of cute designs. Brings enough to do to multiple sets.
🤔Cons: There is definitely is a learning curve to putting these on I use the back of the nail file to lay it as flat as possible. You do need an LED lamp which you can get with the starter kit. Nails do chip a bit. Works better with flatter nails it tends to leave gap in the middle with my curved nails.

Regarding the LED lamp, it’s absolutely essential for curing these semi-cured gel nail strips. If you’re new to Dashing Diva Glaze, investing in their starter kit is a smart move. It typically includes the LED lamp, a mini file, and a cuticle stick, providing everything you need to get started. A proper cure with a good quality lamp ensures the strips harden effectively, making them strong and durable, living up to the promise of being "GEL STRONG UP TO 14 DAYS." While I noted that the nails can chip a bit, I've found ways to minimize this. The most important step is to make sure the strip doesn't touch your skin or cuticles; if it does, it's more prone to lifting and chipping. Trim the strip slightly smaller if needed. Also, a technique called "capping the free edge" – gently wrapping the end of the strip slightly under your nail tip before curing – can significantly reduce chipping on the nail edge. For extra longevity and shine, I often apply a thin layer of a gel top coat (which also requires curing under the LED lamp) after the Dashing Diva strips are fully cured. This adds an extra protective barrier. For those of us with more curved nails, the initial concern about leaving a gap in the middle is valid. My solution involves applying pressure first in the center of the nail, then smoothing outwards towards the sides.
