Using tools like CapCut to document progress also helps me stay motivated by visually reflecting on how far I have come. I recommend incorporating a variety of leg exercises such as squats, lunges, and deadlifts, paired with positive self-talk to nurture both body and mind. Remember, strengthening your legs is not just about physical prowess—it’s about cultivating resilience, focus, and a powerful mindset that serves every aspect of your life.
