How do I set boundaries as I plan my wedding?

My family does a lot in the wedding circuit in my area so a lot of my vendors are already spoken for as I am getting good deals cut, extra stuff for free, and even the labor free for the lady doing my flowers. I am VERY blessed to have all these vendors be so kind to help me stay in my small budget
